Holiday Leftovers Who?
One of the down sides to all of the holiday joy, is the leftovers that you’re left with for weeks. It’s not that you don’t want leftovers, it’s that after awhile you get tired of turkey, ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, and the list going on. Then soon your fridge is full of tupperware that has Aunt Susie’s homemade recipes that are starting to sink. Well fret no longer because theses are some ways you can use your holiday leftovers to accompany new dishes!

1. Turkey lasagna
Use your favorite lasagna recipe and replace ground beef with turkey

2. Crusted French Toast
Deconstruct any fruit pie into two different bowls: crust and filling. Crush the crust up and set the filling aside. Dip your bread into an egg mixture then into crust crumbles and fry in a buttered pan. Top the french toast off with some of the pie filling, and then you’ve got delicious crusted french toast.

3. Cranberry mayonnaise
Mix half a cup of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of cranberry sauce, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Once you have the mayonaise all mixed up, then salt and pepper to taste.

4. Turkey sloppy joes
Replace ground beef with turkey in you’re favorite sloppy joe recipe

5. Cranberry turnovers
Use store bought puff pastry and fill with cranberry sauce, and bake using directions from the puff pastry packaging. Top with whipped cream

Hopefully these tips you can cut down on the amount of tupperware that is stockpiled up in your fridge, and give some exciting food to share with friends and family, and spend time with during the holidays.
